MeasureTime frame
It is evaluated after the workshop.Behavior modification will be evaluated along the 4 level approach of Kirkpatrick (2016). The indexes are 1.Reaction, 2.Learning, 3.Behavior and 4.Result of learners(James D. and Wendy K. Kirkpatrick,2016). It is evaluated by scoring in Numerical rating scale and a free description of the evaluation lists that referred to the existing lists of Kirkpatrick(2016).
