Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: outpatient type2 diabetes mellitus 65 years old and more HbA1c level is below 8% on recent 3 months Patients taking oral hypoglycemic agent, continuing it for 6 months and more, not changing it recent 3 months Patients consented to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: using insulin using GLP1 analogue
