Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose age is over 20 in consent acquisition 2. Patients with Chyle Leakage after Neck Dissection 3. Patients given written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with some history of hypersensitivity to Octreotide 2. Patients who are judged inappropriate by the principal investigator
