Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients who are schedulled for transurethral bladder tumor resection under spinal anesthesia. 2)Patients who need obturator nerve block for transurethral bladder tumor resection. 3)American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1~3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Peripheral neuropathy on lower limb 2)Allergy to local anesthetic used
