Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Of the patients with thumb CM arthropathy who came to orthopedic surgery at the Kochi Medical School of Medicine hospital, those who correspond to Eaton stage one to three, understand the outline of this study, strength, various tests on wearing and wearing on orthosis. Those who agree with joint instability evaluation under fluoroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: First:have other upper limb exerciser disease. Second:have advanced deformation or contracture higher than Eaton stgae Four. Third:exerciser have history of chronic pain.
