Exclusion criteria: Difficulty to understand oral instruction Difficulty to independent walk without a stick

The joint angle of the lower extremity in with and without Nordic poles during gait and Nordic walk

MeasureTime frame
Kinematic and kinematic parameters of with and without Nordic poles and Nordic walk; and pole contact position, angle and timing of Pole contact.
