Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Schedule for total gastrectomy 2 20 years and over

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 total resection of the gastric remnant 2 chronic pancreatitis and diabetes 3 pheochromocytoma
