Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism (int-PTH>240 pg/mL)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with sever heart failure (>NYHA III),liver dysfunction, respiratory failure, and malignant tumor.
