Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic pain with a numerical rating scale more than or equal to 3 for longer than 3 months. 2. Age- and gender-matched adults without any pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A person with known history of allergic reaction to Neurotropin. 2. A person with contraindications against MRI such as claustrophobia, pregnancy, pacemakers or metals in the body.
