Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ptients undergoing primary arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy to tranexamic acid, preoperative renal dysfunction, deranged coagulation profile and history of thromboembolic disease.
