Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult men and women, who were willing to lose body mass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons whose exercise is contraindicated by a doctor. Pregnancy, lactation, and amenorrhea (absence of three or more consecutive menstrual cycles).
