Inclusion criteria: Preservation of main organ functions at the time of diagnosis. Provision of written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious complications. Severe mental disorder. Judgment as being ineligible by the principal or subinvestigator.
