Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of muscloskeletal examination in 2016 who hoped exercises education and gave consent s to this study. Participants of muscloskeletal examination in 2016 who were not performed exercises education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who were regarded inadequate. Subjects who did not give consents to this study
