Inclusion criteria: the case who performed aortic replacement using prosthetic graft by median sternotomy approach in Aortic Center of Kawasaki Saiwai Hospital from 2012 to 2015.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other approach, not aortic surgery, no-use of prosthetic graft
