Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with macular edema caused subjective symptoms such as central scotoma, metamorphopsia and central visual loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ophthalmic exclusion criteria: patients who had inflammation within the eye systemic exclusion criteria: people who had systemic inflammatory disease, hemorrhagic diathesis or anticoagulant therapy, untreated hypertension or diabetes mellitus. peple who is pregnant or at risk of becoming pregnant.
