Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a solid pancreatic mass which required EUS-FNB

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Case with severe comorbidity in any other organs 2)Case of Performance Status 4 3)Case having difficulty in endoscopic approach 4)Case with coagulopathy 5)Pregnant women or those suspected of pregnancy 6)Age<20 7)Case without informed consent 8)Cases considered ineligible by attending physicians
