Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women. Non smoker. Non exercise habit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in other intervention. Coronary or kidney, or liver disease. Skin disorder. Contraindication of exercise at a physician's direction.
