Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients aged 18-40 years married and sexually active during the past 6 months. The Patients diagnosed with major depressive disorder according to the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, 4th edition and the patient health questionnaire-9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient with severe depression indicated by a PHQ-9 score <10 was excluded
