Inclusion criteria: Patients underwent pancreatectomy at Nara Medical University or Kansai medical university Between 2007, and 2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rejection for participating in the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
incidence of postpancreatectomy hemorrhage during the same hospitalization.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
incidence of post operative thrombotic disease during the same hospitalization, intraoperative characteristics(duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss, rate of transfusion, postoperative hospital stay), incidence of surgical complications (pancreatic fistula, delayed gastric emptying, abdominal abscess) during the same hospitalization, mortality during the same hospitalization or with in 30 days after surgery.
