Healthy volunteers

Interventions

Healthy athletes are given a low-fat milk (200ml/day) and vitamin D supplement (1000IU/day) every day for 6 month. Healthy athletes are life as usual.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 15 years of age less than 30 years old 2. Healthy athletes 3. Be able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for the study by the investigator for other reasons
