Inclusion criteria: We enrolled surgical patients who admitted intensive care unit after operation without extubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients who were abdominal surgical patients, shock, and received fluid resuscitation and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.
