Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Advanced blood tumor patients. Patients who were told their disease is not curerable from the doctor. Patients receiving regular blood transfusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who can not speak Japanese. Patients who do not know anout their disease and future prospects. Patients recieving temporary blood transfusion because of active bleeding and anemia.
