Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: over 20 years old Patients with pancreati cancer diagnosed by imaging Patients who agree with this study patients whose ADL is good

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients for which EUS is difficult Patinents for which insertion of endoscopy is difficult Patinets who have severe complication of other organs patients who do not agree with this study
