Interventions

cernitin pollen extract 4T per day for 12 weeks tadalafil(5mg) 1T per day for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patinets who take orally alpah 1 blocker for more than 12 weeks for benign prostatic hyperplasia (2) NIH-CPSI pain domain score 4 or more (3) age: more than 45 years (4) outpatients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they received oral or surgical treatment except alpha 1 blocker for lower urinary tract symptoms; or had neurogenic bladder dysfunction, bladder calculi, or active urinary tract infections and prostatitis; or had severe cardiac disease, renal dysfunction, or hepatic dysfunction.
