Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient who undergo elective orthopedic surgery by general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Over 65 years old Preoperative diet is not normal diet Delayed emergence Dementia History of central nervous disease Spinal surgery Severe missing teeth
