Inclusion criteria: 1) Hospitalization or Outpatient : Outpatient (both first visit and re-examination possible) 2) Need anti-allergic treatment 3) Capable To answer JACQLQ Questionnaire (Japanese Allergic Conjunctival Disease Quality-of-Life Questionnaire)
