Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: COPD or asthma outpatients treated with inhalation therapy for more than three months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients are excluded if they have cancer, sever liver or renal dysfunction, and difficulty of inhaling by themselves.
