Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with OSAS undergoing polysomnography at Tokyo Medical and Dental University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) No consent is obtained. 2) Already treated OSAS. 3) Taking medicine affecting melatonin secretion such as beta-blockers. 4) Taking sleep medicine.
