Omega-3 fatty acid oil (Fish oil). 1.8g as EPA and DHA daily. Omega-3 fatty acid oil (Perilla oil). 1.8g as alpha-linolenic acid daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous pregnant women of the first birth, which have taken the mother class and delivered in Sagamino hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person with a disease.
