Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients with suspected of obstructive sleep apnea 2. patients who agree with the participating this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who use home oxygen therapy 2. Patients who cannot use Watch-PAT 3. Patients whom researchers/doctors think inappropriate

MeasureTime frame
Difference between PAT-AHI by Wathc-PAT and AHI by polysomnography

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Sleep parameters with between Watchi-PAT and polysomnography. 2) Clinical parameters which influenced Watch-PAT variables. 3) Changes of Watch-PAT variables 6 months after CPAP therapy
