Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects giving written informed consent 2) University students who belong to sports clubs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Seriously or progressive ill patients 2) Patients with milk, soy or wheat allergies 3) Phenylketonuria patients 4) Subjects who were judged as unsuitable for this study by the doctor for other reasons
