Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with essential tremor, or tremor of Parikinson disease, who are considered for surgical intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with congitive dysfunction patients with any obstacles for surgical intervention including coagulation disorder or phobia of MRI
