Inclusion criteria: Candidates for endobronchial ultrasonography.

Exclusion criteria: Inability to give informed consent.

MeasureTime frame
The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and diagnostic accuracy by using the specific spectrum value (slope, mid-band fit, intercept) during endobronchial ultrasound.
