Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy elderly people aged over-sixties who has no limitation of exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any medical conditions that contraindicated exercise, such as cardiovascular disease and orthopedic disease, etc.
