Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of 50 years and upward who undergo upper gastrointestinal endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Performance status = 3 or 4 Organ failure Screened pancreas within a half year Without the consent Postoperative digestive tract
