Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 65-84 years old living in Ota City, Tokyo.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual with long-term care insurance certification and those admitted to hospitals or residing in nursing homes were excluded.
