The patients in diclofenac group were recived 25 mg rectal diclofenac 20 minutes before ERCP
The patients in control group were not received rectal diclofenac before ERCP

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The ERCP cases for common bile duct stone, malignancy lesions, or benign lesion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Concomitant acute pancreatitis, peptic ulcer, rectal disease, aspirin-induced asthma, and sever kidney dysfunction.
