Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 sustained fetal tachyarrythmias 2 gestational age 22w0d~36w6d 3 singleton 4 Informed consent has been obtained from patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 it is impossible to obtain informed consent due to the mental problem 2 the treatment causes serious risk for mother's health 3 Doctor judged inappropriate for the treatment

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
disappearance of fetal tachyarrythmias in more than half of 30min fetal echocardiogram and/or 40min cardiotocogram
