Interventions

Apply the physical therapy on the skin of upper arm for 2 hours 4 times every week for 2 weeks. Apply the placebo therapy on the skin of upper arm for 2 hours 4 times every week for 2 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Subjects with photosensitive dermatitis. -Subjects with clinically-significant disorder at the test site -Subjects who go to hospital regularly or routinely taking oral medicine for disease: gastrointestinal system, liver, kidney, heart, and blood pressure. -Subjects who are routinely taking oral medicine for sunburn, chloasma, and freckles. -Subjects who are deemed inappropriate to participate in this study by the principle investigator.

-Change of transepidermal water loss after 2 weeks of physical therapy treatment -Change of skin hydration after 2 weeks of physical therapy treatment -Change of skin color after 2 weeks of physical therapy treatment -Evaluation of anti-inflammatory effect after 2 weeks of physical therapy.
