Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Non-small cell carcinoma was proven histologically 2) clinical stage I 3) Patients judged operable after cadio-pulmonary function tests 4) PS(Performance status):0-2 5) Patients received video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy with hilar and mediastinal lymph node dissection
