Inclusion criteria: possibly operable extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma/obtaining written informed consent about participating study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: transpapillary approach is impossible/definitely inoperable case/choosing non-surgical treatment/under the age 18/pregnancy
