Inclusion criteria: 1)HOCM 2)Cardiac MRI can be performed 3)patients 20 years and older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) less than 20 years old 2) pregnant woman 3) baseline serum creatinine greater than 2.0mg/dl and hemodialysis patients
