Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with endometriosis and uterine myoma premenopausal women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant patient severe clinical complication (ex.cancer) patients who were desired for emergent operation unknown genital bleeding
