Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy college student

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who withdrew consent on the way in this study. 2.Subjects who have previous or present serious disease such as mental and physical diseases. 3.Subjects with meditation experience.
