Inclusion criteria: Women who are 20 years old and under 25 who are belong to Hiroshima University when obtaining consent Those who obtain consent on this research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of the ankle inversion sprain ankle mechanical instability malalignment other injuries and surgery inappropriate to conduct this research
