Inclusion criteria: Patients who can be treated by oral administration Patients who agreed this study with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients with HbA1c > 8.0 Severe complication of diabetes mellitus Severe cardiovascular disease Severe liver disease Patients who can not be treated by oral administration Severe renal disease Risk of esophageal varix rupture Heart failure Diabetic patients treated with alpha-glucoseidase inhibitor
