Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo respiratory surgery under one-lung ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients for emergency surgery, morbid obesity, morbid COPD.

To evaluate the difficulty of thoracic observation by respiraotry surgeon using VAS.

To evaluate the thoracic volume in each ventilation mode using thoracic surgery video.
