Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteer with low back or knee pain and gait instability caused by motor weakness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteer with diseases including internal midicine, psychogenic disorders, neuromuscular diseases, postoperative state of orthopaedic surgery, allergy against wheat and honey.
