Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients with diabetes who visited the outpatient clinic at Fujiidera Municipal Hospital from January 2014 to June 2015.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who the informed consent was not obtained.
