Interventions
Treatment with 4g of magnesium sulfate IV + up to 10 g IM in addition to standard therapy with atropine.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients presenting to the Poison Control Centre diagnosed with moderate to severe organophosphate toxicity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Heart block on ECG; History of Myocardial Infarction; History of hypersensitivity to magnesium sulfate; Hypercalcemia and/or hypermagnesemia.
